MHP SE (LSE:MHPC), the parent company of a leading international
agro-industrial group with headquarters in Ukraine today announces
notification and public disclosure in accordance with the requirements of the
UK Market Abuse Regulation of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs").

 On 12 November 2025, the Company received notification of the following
