** Shares of IT solutions co TD Synnex Corp  SNX.N  down
2.8% at $96.80 premarket after secondary offering prices
    ** Co late Tues announced sale of 6.75 mln shares by Apollo
Global Management  APO.N  and other existing shareholders
    ** Offering priced at $96, 3.6% discount to last sale,
according to market sources
    ** Co to repurchase 2.75 mln shares from jt bookrunners
Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan
    ** Top SNX holder Apollo sold 5.91 mln shares taking its
stake to 32.5%, and Matthew Miau, board chairman of Taiwan's
Mitac Holdings  3706.TW , sold 840k shares, per the SEC filing
    ** Through Tues close, SNX shares up 5% YTD
