 * Announces financial results for third quarter of fiscal year 2016 
 * Qtrly total subscription revenue of R294 million ($19 million), grew 16% year 
   over year 
 * Says company maintains guidance for subscription revenue and total revenue 
   for the full 2016 fiscal year 
 * Qtrly subscribers increased by 11% year over year 
 * For the fourth quarter, expects subscription revenue to be in range of $19.1 
   million to $20.1 million 
 * Sees FY adjusted earnings per diluted ordinary share of 6.9 to 8.4 South
