MIC Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve conversion of Preferential Convertible Equity Share Warrants into equity shares in 1:1 ratio to promoters and investors a part of 74,462,070 Preferential Convertible Equity Share warrants allotted on November 25, 2014 to promoters and investors.
