4% to 11.65 rupees, their sharpest intraday pct gain since Nov.
14
    ** Co late on Monday said it received the tender for supply,
installation, testing, commissioning, and comprehensive annual
maintenance of telecom material from Ratlam division S and T of
Western railway 
    ** Value of tender is 20.2 million rupees ($246,943.77)
    ** More than 73,000 shares traded as of 0603 GMT vs 30-day
moving avg of 84,654 shares
    ** Shares down 50.7% YTD, as of last close
($1 = 81.8000 Indian rupees)
