Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of transport management software to fleet operators, is pleased to announce that it will release its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on Thursday 25 September 2025.

 

Analyst Presentation 

There will be a Zoom webinar for equity analysts at 09:00 BST on the day of results, hosted by Nadeem Raza, CEO, and Nick Wightman, CFO. Any analysts wishing to register for the event should email microlise@secnewgate.co.uk.

 

Investor Presentation 

Additionally, the above presentation team will provide a live presentation for investors via the Investor Meet Company platform at 11:00 BST on the day of results.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00 am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
