Board Appointment

 

 

Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of SaaS based transport
technology solutions to fleet operators, is pleased to announce that, as
disclosed in the annual results on 30 March 2022, Nick Wightman has today been
appointed to the Board of Microlise as an Executive Director in the role of
Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Nick will replace Bill Wynn, who is retiring
after 15 years with the Company on 31 May 2023.

 

Nick first joined Microlise in 2012 and played a key role in the Group's
refinancing and reorganisation in 2018, its acquisition of TruTac in 2020 and
Vita Software in 2023, its IPO in 2021 and in establishing the Group's offices
in India, France and Australia. Prior to joining Microlise, Nick held senior
financial roles at Ardagh Group, Bombardier Transportation, and Airfoil
Technologies.

 

Nadeem Raza, CEO of Microlise, commented: "We would like to congratulate
Nick on his appointment as CFO and welcome him to the Board. Nick has made a
significant contribution to Microlise since he joined in 2012 and we look

Additional Information on the Board Appointment:

 

The following additional information is provided with regards to the
appointment of Nicholas James Wightman, aged 45, in accordance with AIM Rule
17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

Nick Wightman has no current directorships/partnerships, nor has he had any
within the last five years, and currently holds 120,526 ordinary shares in the
Company.

 

There are no further disclosures required to be made in respect of the
appointment under AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for
Companies.
