Notice of Results and Presentations for Analysts and Investors

 

Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of transport management
software to fleet operators, will publish its Full Year Results for the twelve
months ended 31(st) December 2022 on Thursday, 30 March 2023.

 

Analyst Presentation

There will be a Zoom webinar for equity analysts at 09:30 UK on the day of
results, hosted by Nadeem Raza, CEO, and Bill Wynn, CFO. Any analysts wishing
to register for the event should email microlise@secnewgate.co.uk or contact

Investor Presentation

Additionally, the above presentation team will provide a live presentation for
investors via the Investor Meet Company platform at 09:30am UK on 3(rd) April
2023.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9:00 am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live
presentation.

receives, it will address the most prominent within the confines of
