Notice of Results

 

Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of transport management
software to fleet operators, is pleased to announce that it will release its
audited results for the year ended 31 December 2024 on Thursday 27 March 2025.

 

Analyst Presentation

There will be a Zoom webinar for equity analysts at 09:30 GMT on the day of
results, hosted by Nadeem Raza, CEO, and Nick Wightman, CFO. Any analysts
wishing to register for the event should email microlise@secnewgate.co.uk.

 

Investor Presentation

Additionally, the above presentation team will provide a live presentation for
investors via the Investor Meet Company platform at 11:00 GMT on the day of
results.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9:00 am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live
presentation.
