Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of transport management
software to fleet operators, has been notified that on 25 January 2022, Nadeem
Raza, Chief Executive Officer, Bill Wynn, Chief Financial Officer, and
Nicholas Wightman, Finance Director, purchased ordinary shares of 0.1p in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The table below sets out the details of the
purchases of Ordinary Shares.
