Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of transport management
software to fleet operators, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for
the 18 months ended 31 December 2021 ("2021 Annual Report") and the Notice of
the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have now been posted to
Shareholders, and will shortly be published on the Company's website

The AGM is to be held at Microlise's head office at Farrington Way, Eastwood,
Nottingham, NG16 3AG at 9.00am on 31 May 2022.
