Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of SaaS based transport
technology solutions to fleet operators, confirms that the Annual Report and
Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2022 ("2022 Annual Report") and
the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted
to its shareholders today.

 

The AGM will be held at the Microlise head office at Farrington Way, Eastwood,
Nottingham, NG16 3AG at 9.00am on 24 May 2023.
