Result of AGM

 

Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of transport management
software to fleet operators, is pleased to announce that at the Company's
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, 31 May 2022, all
resolutions were duly passed.

 

The full text of all the resolutions can be found in the 'AGM Notice &
Resolutions', dated 3 May 2022, a copy of which is available on the Company's
