** Shares of micro-mobility services platform Helbiz Inc
 HLBZ.O  rise 19.4% to $0.13 premarket
    ** Co on Tuesday reported FY 2022 revenue of $15.5 mln, up
21% from year ago
    ** Also reports FY Annual Active Platform Users (AAPUs) up
15% Y/Y
    ** "With the continued cost optimization of the mobility
business, we are solidly on track to achieve profitability,"
says CFO Giulio Profumo
    ** Co regained compliance with the Nasdaq’s market value of
listed securities requirements on March 8 
    ** Shares down ~12% YTD
