Microsoft's cloud infrastructure talks with Oracle collapse, Business Insider reports June 16 (Reuters) - Microsoft's MSFT.O discussions with Oracle ORCL.N regarding a cloud infrastructure leasing deal, potentially valued at more than $3 billion, have fallen apart due to security and compliance concerns, Business Insider reported on Tuesday.
