Results of General Meeting

 

Oxford, U.K. 11 February 2022: Sensyne Health plc (LSE:SENS) today announces
that at the General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions proposed were
duly passed by shareholders.

 

The full text of the resolutions is set out in Part IV of the Notice of
General Meeting in the Circular which was sent to shareholders on 26 January
2022 (the "Circular") and is available from the Company's website at

in this announcement shall be as defined in the Circular unless the context
requires otherwise.

 

Voting on the resolutions was conducted by way of a poll and a summary of the
votes received is
