Microvast jumps on breakthrough in solid-state battery tech

** Battery technology company Microvast Holdings' shares
 MVST.O  rise 34.8% to $2.52 before the bell
    ** Co said it achieved significant milestone in its True
All-Solid-State Battery (ASSB) technology of demonstrating
stable operation at 12V-21V range
    ** ASSB technology uses bipolar stacking architecture for
higher voltage output. Microvast said it eliminates need for
liquid electrolytes, offering better safety and reliability
    ** Co finds use case of ASSB technology in data center
backup power systems and electric school buses, along with
robotics and electric vehicles
    ** Microvast will now start pilot production study to solve
challenges in manufacturing
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, MVST is down 9.7% YTD
