Further to the announcement made on 2 February 2026 regarding the appointment
of Adam Councell as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board with
effect from 2 March 2026, the Company provides the following additional
information in respect of Adam Thomas Councell, aged 47, in accordance with
Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
