Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Midwich Group (AIM: MIDW), a global specialist audio visual distributor to
the trade market , announces that Stephen Fenby, Group Managing Director has
purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 500
pence per share.

Following this transaction, Stephen Fenby and persons closely associated with
him have an interest in 17,282,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.4% of the
Company's share capital.

long-standing relationships with over 600 vendors, including blue-chip
organisations, support a comprehensive product portfolio across major audio
visual categories such as large format displays, projectors, digital signage
