* Commenced cash tender offer for any and all of its
outstanding 6.875% senior notes due 2018 & cash tender offer up
to US$20 million of outstanding 7.50% senior notes due 2019
* In conjunction with any and all tender offer, co is
soliciting from 2018 note holders consents to proposed
amendments
