    * TOTAL TRANSACTION PRICE WAS SET 26 MILLION LIRA PLUS VAT
FOR 34
STORES ACCORDING TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN MIGROS AND CARREFOURSA
    * NUMBER OF STORES TO BE TRANSFERRED AND FINAL TRANSACTION
PRICE
