June 20 (Reuters) - Milestone Medical Inc  MMD.WA : 
    * Said on Friday that as a result of a share exchange agreement, Milestone Scientific Inc 
 MLSS.A  has acquired 2,413,978 shares of Milestone Medical Inc 
    * The shares represent 10.97 pct of the total number of votes at Milestone Medical's general 
meeting of shareholders 
    * At present, Milestone Scientific Inc holds 21,588,978 shares of Milestone Medical 
constituting 98.1 percent of the total number of votes
