Scientific Inc and percentage of total number of votes held after acquisition.) 
    Sept 7 (Reuters) - Milestone Medical Inc  MMD.WA : 
    * Said on Friday that as a result of a share exchange agreement, Milestone Scientific Inc 
 MLSS.A  has acquired 1,689,078 shares of Milestone Medical Inc 
    * The shares represent 7.68 pct of the total number of votes at Milestone Medical's general 
meeting of shareholders 
    * At present, Milestone Scientific Inc holds 19,900,000 shares of Milestone Medical 
constituting 90.45 percent of the total number of votes
