Aug 12 (Reuters) - Millennium Pacific Group Holdings Ltd  8147.HK : 
 * Received a writ of summons filed by lim hang young as the plaintiff 
 * Writ against world link cpa , tang wai ting, samson (an executive director 
   and chairman of the company) 
 * Plaintiff claimed, among other things, that the auditor will fully engaged in 
   auditing and reporting irregularities 
 * Millennium pacific group -plaintiff requested court to grant an order for 
   auditor to restate the 2014 and 2015 audit reports of the company 
 * Plaintiff claimed that tang masterminded and directed the recording of 
   various accounting irregularity and non-compliance practices to the auditor 
 * Plaintiff claimed tang and chan engaged in money laundering practices while 
   dealing in the shares of the company 
 * Millennium pacific group -plaintiff requested the court to grant an order for 
   the auditor to pay compensation to the company for damages
