 * Update on litigation  8147.HK  
 * Plaintiff applied to court to discontinue the action against the company and 
   an order was granted by the court to such effect 
 * Court also ordered the plaintiff to pay legal costs of the action to the 
   company 
 * Reference is made to announcement issued by co in respect of the legal 
   proceeding under action number hca 977/2016 
 * Company is therefore no longer a party in this action 
 * notified by Auditors that legal action by Plaintiff against Auditors under Legal Proceeding struck off on 29 July 2016
