    ** Company forecasts Q4 sales and profit below analysts'
estimates
    ** MLKN expects Q4 net sales between $930 mln and $970 mln,
vs analysts' expectations of $1.03 bln - Refinitiv
    ** Company sees Q4 adjusted EPS of 37 cents to 43 cents,
below analysts' estimate of 59 cents
    ** MillerKnoll beats Q3 profit estimates, but misses sales
expectations
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock has fallen ~39% in the
last 12 months
