MillerKnoll gains after forecast raise, Q1 profit beat

** Shares of furniture company MillerKnoll  MLKN.O  up 14%
at $21.85 after the bell 
    ** Co lifts FY 2024 forecast with adjusted profit now
expected to range between $1.85/shr and $2.15/shr vs prior
forecast of $1.70/shr to $2/shr 
    ** Also reports Q1 adj. profit of 37 cents/shr, beating
estimates of 21 cents/shr - LSEG data
    ** However, warns investors about the company "facing
challenges arising from specific macroeconomic factors"
    ** MLKN stock down nearly 9% YTD
