MillerKnoll gains as Q4 profit tops Wall Street estimates

** Shares of office supplies maker MillerKnoll Inc  MLKN.O 
up ~4.3% at $29.20 after the bell 
    ** Co posts Q4 adjusted profit of 58 cents per share vs
estimates of 47 cents per share, according to Refinitiv data

    ** Sales in the quarter jump to $1.1 bln from $621.5 mln, a
year ago 
    ** MLKN says it has managed operations to mitigate supply
chain disruptions and inflationary pressures

    ** As of last close, shares down ~28.6% YTD
