** Shares of Germany-based meal-kit service provider Marley
Spoon AG  MMM.AX  gain as much as 9.4% to A$2.79
    ** Co posts operating earnings before interest, taxes,
depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of 1.2 mln euros ($1.45
million) in Q4 2020, compared with a loss of 2.4 mln euros in Q4

    ** Says Q4 2020 revenue rose 95% to 69 mln euros from Q42019
    ** MMM expects it revenue to grow between 25% and 30% in
2021
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Jan 22
    ** About 437,000 shares change hands compared to the 30-day
average volume of 296,000 shares
    ** As of the last close, MMM down 5.6% this year
