Mincon has been advised by Setanta Asset Management Limited, in a notification received on 13 August 2019, that as of 12 July 2019, it had an aggregate interest in 31,765,451 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01 each in the Company, representing 15.06%* of the issued share capital of the Company.
 
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 210,973,102 ordinary shares.
