Holding in Company

Mincon has been advised by Setanta Asset Management Limited, in a notification
received on 8 August 2022, that as of 8 August 2022, it had an aggregate
interest in 27,605,607 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01 each in the
Company, representing 12.99%* of the issued share capital of the Company.

 * This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of
212,472,413 ordinary shares.
