Notice of Dividend
 
As noted in the 2018 Full Year Financial Results statement issued on 19 March 2019, the Board of Mincon Group plc (ESM:MIO AIM:MCON) has recommended the payment of a final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2018 in the amount of €0.0105 (1.05 cent) per ordinary share. The payment was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25 April 2019.
 
This final dividend, when added to the interim dividend of 1.05 cent paid on 25 September 2018, makes a total distribution for the year of 2.10 cent per share.
 
The final dividend will be paid on 21 June 2019 to Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24 May 2019.
