Mincon Group plc (Euronext:MIO; AIM:MCON), the Irish engineering group
specialising in the design, manufacture, sale and servicing of rock drilling
tools and associated consumable products, announces that the Company's Annual
Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the Notice of AGM
have been posted to Shareholders and are available on the Company's website at

The Company's AGM will be held on Wednesday, 29 April 2026 at 10.00 a.m.
Treacy's Oakwood Hotel, Airport Road, Shannon, Ireland. The Notice of AGM
contains details of all resolutions to be proposed at the AGM.
