Publication of 2021 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Mind Gym (AIM: MIND), the global provider of human capital and business improvement solutions, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2021, which includes the Notice of 2021 AGM, and the AGM proxy form have been published today on the Company's website at  https://uk.themindgym.com/investors/results-reports-presentations/.  Printed copies will be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy documents.
 
The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices at 160 Kensington High Street, London, W8 7RG at 9.00am on Thursday, 15 July 2021. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of 2021 AGM.
 
Under UK Government guidelines, shareholders will be unable to attend the AGM in person. The Company therefore proposes to hold the AGM with the minimum attendance required to form a quorum. Should any of the arrangements relating to the AGM change, the Company will make an announcement accordingly. Shareholders should also check the Company website at www.themindgym.com. We encourage all shareholders to vote by proxy, further details of which are contained in the Notice of 2021 AGM.
 
Shareholders are invited to submit any questions for the Board by sending an email at least two business days prior to the AGM to investors@themindgym.com.
