("Mind Gym" or the "Company")
Exercise of Options
 
The Company has today issued 248,405 new ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options at a price of £0.001 under the Company's Enterprise Management Initiative. The options were exercised by the Company's Chief Finance Officer, Richard Steele. Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 2 September 2020.
Following the exercise, Richard Steele's holding in the Company is 248,405 Ordinary Shares representing 0.25 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued Ordinary Share capital.  In addition, he holds remaining options over 248,406 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Enterprise Management Initiative.
Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued Ordinary Share capital will be 99,741,615 Ordinary Shares.
