Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealings
Mind Gym (AIM: MIND), the global provider of human capital and business improvement solutions, is pleased to announce that is has launched the second year of a Save As You Earn Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme") for all eligible employees in the UK, Singapore and Canada. 
 
Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at an exercise price of 77 pence per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the SAYE Scheme. The exercise price represents a 15% discount to the closing middle market price of an Ordinary Share on 7 August 2020, the dealing day before the invitation was made. The Options have a contract start date of 1 September 2020 and are exercisable from 1 September 2023.
 
A total of 50 out of 120 eligible employees have elected to participate in the SAYE Scheme and a total of 567,461 Options have been granted in the 2020 scheme, representing 0.57% of the issued share capital.

The Company has also implemented an Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("Plan") for US employees over the Ordinary shares. The shares have a contract start date of 1 September 2020 and can be purchased from 1 September 2021. A total of 26 out of 93 eligible employees have enrolled in the in the Plan.
