Issue of ordinary shares in respect of employee share scheme
 
The Company has today issued 41,997 new ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options at a price of £0.87 under the Company's US Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 5 October 2020.
Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued Ordinary Share capital will be 99,783,612 Ordinary Shares.
