("MindGym" or the "Company")

Issue of ordinary shares

The Company has today issued 33,333 new ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of nil price options
under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") scheme.  Application
has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 22
August 2022.  All other entitlements under this award have been forfeited.

Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued Ordinary Share
capital will be 100,167,584 Ordinary Shares.
