Notice of Investor Presentation

MindGym (AIM: MIND), the global provider of human capital and business
improvement solutions, announces that Octavius Black, CEO, and Dominic Neary,
CFO, will host a webcast for investors on Friday 16 June 2023 at 11.30am BST
via Investor Meet Company.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am BST the day before the meeting or any time during the webcast.
