Notice of Results - Change of Date

MindGym (AIM: MIND), the global provider of human capital and business
improvement solutions, today announces that it will now issue its results for
its financial year ended 31 March 2023 on Tuesday, 13 June 2023, instead of 14
June 2023 as previously published.

The change in date is to accommodate Co-Founder and CEO Octavius Black's CBE
investiture ceremony.

Octavius Black, CEO, and Dominic Neary, CFO, will host a webcast and
conference call for analysts and investors at 09:00am BST on Tuesday, 13 June
2023.
