Posting of 2019 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Mind Gym (AIM: MIND), the global provider of human capital and business improvement solutions, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2019, which includes the Notice of 2019 AGM, and AGM proxy form have been posted to shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Liberum, Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY at 2.00pm on Wednesday, 31 July 2019. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
