Publication of 2022 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Mind Gym (AIM: MIND), the global provider of human capital and business
improvement solutions, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year
ended 31 March 2022, which includes the Notice of 2022 AGM, and the AGM proxy
form have been published today on the Company's website at

(https://uk.themindgym.com/investors/results-reports-presentations/) . Printed
copies will be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy
documents.

 

The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices at 160 Kensington High
Street, London, W8 7RG at 9.00am on Thursday, 14 July 2022. Details of the
resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of 2022 AGM.

 

Should any of the arrangements relating to the AGM change, the Company will
make an announcement accordingly. Shareholders should also check the Company
