premarket; 2nd biggest pct gainer across U.S. exchanges
    ** Co enters into agreement with Relief Therapeutics Holding
 RLFB.S  for worldwide development and commercialization of its
experimental metabolic disorders treatment ACER-001  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nEQ3khllca
    ** Relief to potentially pay ACER up to $36 mln and
royalties in exchange for net profit share and territory rights
    ** ACER-001 is being developed for treatment of urea cycle
disorder (UCD) and Maple syrup urine disease (MSUD)
    ** UCDs are a group of disorders caused by genetic mutations
which can lead to an excess accumulation of ammonia in
bloodstream; MSUD is an inherited disorder in which body is
unable to process certain protein building blocks
    ** ACER stock up ~32% this year, as of last close
