Significant progress for Vizgard - portfolio AI drone company

 

Mindflair plc, the AIM-quoted company focused on investing in Artificial
Intelligence ("AI") related technology, is pleased to provide an update on its
portfolio company Vizgard Limited ("Vizgard").

 

2025 was a successful year for Vizgard (https://vizgard.com/
(https://vizgard.com/) ), with the company exceeding key milestones across
product development and commercial execution. The company achieved significant
growth in its SaaS revenues during the year, alongside global deployment of
FortifAI and the successful build and launch of UnifAI.

 

Vizgard is currently participating in NATO's Defence Innovation Accelerator
for the North Atlantic ("DIANA") programme, having been selected from nearly
4,000 applicants, with just 150 companies chosen globally. DIANA is a highly
selective six-month accelerator focused on advancing cutting-edge dual-use
technologies and includes up to €100,000 of investment.

 

Alex Kehoe, the founder and CEO of Vizgard explains that participation in
DIANA provides Vizgard with a direct route to adoption, enabling NATO
organisations to procure its technology via the Rapid Adoption Service,
without the need for a separate competitive tender process. This allows
Vizgard to accelerate deployment with real, paid end users across allied
defence and security environments.
