New investment by Sure Valley Ventures UK Software Technology Fund

Mindflair plc, the company investing in next-generation technology focused on
AI, is pleased to note the announcement by Sure Valley Ventures ("SVV") of a
new investment in Agent Runner AI Limited ("Capably") by the Sure Valley
Ventures UK Software Technology Fund ("SVV2") in which Mindflair has an
investment.

Capably is an Intelligent Automation platform designed to help businesses
delegate work to AI across their organisations. The company's technology
merges traditional automation with Agentic AI, enabling reliable, scalable,
and autonomous execution of complex tasks without the steep learning curve
typically associated with legacy automation tools.

Capably has raised US$4 million in new capital, with the funding round being
led by Boost Capital Partners and included participation from several other
investors across Europe and the United States, including Concept Ventures,
Araya Ventures, Haatch, Koro Ventures, Wayra, Ascension and SVV.

This investment supports Capably's vision of transforming how businesses adopt
and scale automation, empowering employees at all levels to achieve more by
offloading repetitive work to AI.
