Mindflair plc (AIM: MFAI), the company investing in next generation technology
focused on AI, announces that, further to the announcement on 22 January 2025,
a Notice of General Meeting ("GM") has been posted to shareholders of the
Company, convening a meeting to be held at the offices of Orrick, Herrington
& Sutcliffe (UK) LLP, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN on 20 February 2025
at 10.30 am.
