Camana Bay, Cayman Island - 22 May 2025 - Mineral & Financial Investments ("M&FI" or the "Company") has been notified that on 20 May 2025, Interactive Investor Services Nominees Limited sold 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 24.133p per share from a trading account held on behalf of James Lesser, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and on 21 May sold 12,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 24p per share from a trading account held on behalf of James Lesser, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

 

Following these transactions, Mr Lesser is indirectly interested in 469,509 Shares in the Company, representing 1.26 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
