Camana Bay, Cayman Island - 6 June 2025 - Mineral & Financial Investments ("M&FI" or the "Company") has been notified that on 4 June 2025, Interactive Investor Services Nominees Limited sold 112,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 23p per share from a trading account held on behalf of James Lesser, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

 

Following these transactions, Mr Lesser is indirectly interested in 444,509 Shares in the Company, representing 1.18 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
