Camana Bay, Cayman Island - 22 January 2025 - Mineral & Financial
Investments ("M&FI" or the "Company") has been notified that on 20 January
2025, Interactive Investor Services Nominees Limited sold 133,334 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 15.00p per share
from a trading account held on behalf of James Lesser, a Non-Executive
Director of the Company. Following this sale there was an immediate purchase
of 133,129 Shares at a price of 15.02p per Share by Interactive Investor
Services Nominees Limited, from an ISA account held on behalf of James Lesser.
Mr Lesser remains the beneficial owner of these Shares.

 

Following this transaction, Mr Lesser is indirectly interested in 423,675
Shares in the Company, representing 1.14 per cent of the issued share capital
of the Company.
