Notice of AGM

 

Mineral and Financial Investments Limited (LSE-AIM: MAFL) announces that,
further to the announcement of 21 December 2021, it has now posted to
shareholders its notice of Annual General Meeting, and confirms copies are
available on the Company's website www.mineralandfinancial.com.

The AGM will be held at Cressex Enterprise Centre, Cressex Business Park,
Lincoln Road, High Wycombe, HP12 3RL at 11:00 am on Friday 11 February 2022.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing measures currently in place
at the date of this notification shareholders are strongly discouraged from
attending this meeting in person. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to
ensure that their votes are counted at the Annual General Meeting by
appointing the Chairman of the Annual General Meeting as their proxy and
submitting their completed Form of Proxy as soon as possible. The Directors
continue to closely monitor developments relating to COVID-19 and if any
change to the Annual General Meeting arrangements are required, the Company
will notify this to all shareholders as soon as possible.
